Your rights if you change your mind, and what to do if something is wrong.

You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us using the cancellation form or by emailing nell@salt-marsh.test, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of you showing us you've sent it if that's sooner, including the standard delivery cost you paid.
Unless an item was faulty or wrong, the cost of sending it back is yours, and it should come back unused and in its original condition.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email nell@salt-marsh.test with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, and this never affects your legal rights.
